Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
